Housing Demand Is The Highest It's Been Since May, 2017!

When evaluating the market, I believe it's important to focus on demand, which is represented by homes currently in Escrow. Active listings are down 75%, but looking at demand, it's up 3% from last year, and is the highest it's been since May of 2017. Spring buying season (March and April) shifted to June and July.
